Lovebox is a multi-stage music and arts festival which began on Clapham Common in 2002 and for the past thirteen years has taken place in Victoria Park in Tower Hamlets. It is one of London's most well-known and successful music events and welcomed 80,000 people over two days in July 2017.
Since 2015, Citadel has taken place on the Sunday of the Lovebox weekend and is aimed at a difference audience via its music programming and other non-music content and appeals to a wider spectrum of the community, including families.
Both festivals are produced by us - MAMA Festivals - who have a proven track record of delivering successful and critically-acclaimed events including Lovebox, Citadel (London), Wilderness (Oxfordshire) and The Great Escape (Brighton).
MAMA Festivals is owned by Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live events business.
Following 13 successful years in Victoria Park, MAMA Festivals was unsuccessful as part of a competitive tender process which is why we’re looking to relocate to Brockwell Park.
